How do I send my loved ones ashes, hair or fur to you?
We only need a small amount of ashes, hair or fur(half a teaspoon). Only a teaspoon of ashes. Keep the rest of your loved one's ashes, hair or fur safe.
We recommend you send your loved ones inclusions to us via recorded deliver to allow you to be able to track your parcel.
If you would like a collections pack sending you can request ones at checkout. One will be sent for a small additional fee with instructions. You can send your loved ones inclusions to us using your own packaging. We can email you instruction if you need any help with this.
Will I recieve the remaining inclusions back?
This is a very important question. Yes we send all your loved ones ashes, hair or fur back to you. You may also receive a little packet that will include the items your loved one's ashes have come into contact with.
We will always treat your loved one's inclusions with the deepest respect they deserve.
How do I care for my memorial jewellery?
You will also recieve instruction with you chosen piece of memorial jewellery.
Can I have more than ones loved one or pets inclusions combined?
We have memorial jewellery that we are able to inclued more than one loved ones ashes, hair and fur in, you may also have ashes, hair and fur oncluded in the same piece. Please email us with any queries you may have.
How long will it take to receive my Jewellery?
Once we recieve your loved ones inclusions please allow up to 3 weeks for us to complete your order.
