Client Consent & Authority
By choosing us to create your memorial piece, you are placing your trust in us. We do not take that lightly and we thank you for trusting us with your loved ones ashes,hair or fur. You also confirm the following:
You are the authorised individual in possession of the inclusions and have the full right to request their use in the creation of memorial jewellery.
To the best of your knowledge, no other person has a competing claim or objection to their use.
You understand that each piece is individually handcrafted and that only a small portion of the inclusions provided will be incorporated into the design. Remaining inclusions will be returned with your finished piece.
You acknowledge the irreplaceable and deeply personal nature of these materials and consent to their careful handling in accordance with our procedures.
All remaining inclusions will be respectfully returned to you with your completed piece.
Bespoke Service
Each piece is individually handcrafted using the inclusions you provide. Subtle variations in tone, finish, and form are part of the character of a bespoke item.
Entrusted Materials
By sending inclusions, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or resolving third-party claims.
Delivery to Us
We recommend that all inclusions are sent using a tracked and secure postal service. Responsibility for items remains with the sender until safely received by us.
Care & Handling
Inclusions are handled individually, with the utmost respect and care. Processes are in place to maintain separation and integrity at every stage.
Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken, the inclusions entrusted to us are inherently irreplaceable.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage while in our care, our liability is limited to the price paid for the service provided.
We do not accept liability for sentimental value or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury.
Cancellations
As each piece is made to order, cancellations are not possible once inclusions have been received and work has commenced.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of memorial jewellery we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless damaged or defected on reciept. On reciept if your piece is damaged or defected please contact us with 2 days. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence for assessment.
Timescales
Completion timelines are indicative and may vary to the nature of the piece.
Delivery of Your Finished Piece
We aim to finish you piece with 3 weeks, times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or by events out of our control.
Return of Materials
Any remaining inclusions will be returned with your finished piece.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Care, Handling & Custody
We recognise the significance of the inclusions entrusted to us and treat them with the utmost care, respect and discretion.
Each order is assigned a unique reference and is carefully documented upon arrival.
Inclusions are securely stored in designated areas and handled individually throughout the creation process.
Only one order is worked on at any given time within the workspace, ensuring complete separation.
All tools and surfaces are thoroughly prepared between pieces.
From receipt through to completion, every stage is managed with precision, respect, and attention to detail.
Any remaining inclusions are carefully packaged and returned with your completed piece.
Care & Responsibility
Entrusting us with ashes, hair, or fur is an act we regard with great respect.
While we operate with rigorous care and established processes, these materials are, by their nature, irreplaceable.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage while in our possession, our responsibility is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are unable to accept responsibility for emotional or sentimental value, or for losses beyond our control.
Nothing in this statement affects your statutory rights.
