How do I send my loved ones ashes, hair or fur to you?
We only need a small amount of ashes, hair or fur. About half a teaspoon of ashes. Small lock of hair or a bit of fur. Keep the rest of your loved one's ashes, hair or fur safe. All unused inclusions are returned with your finished piece.
If you have ordered a collection kit this will be send to you with instructions once you complete your order at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to be sent out to you.
Will I recieve the remaining inclusions back?
This is a very important question. Yes we send all your loved ones ashes, hair or fur back to you. You may also receive a little packet that will include the items your loved one's ashes have come into contact with.
We will always treat your loved one's inclusions with the deepest respect they deserve.
How do I care for my memorial jewellery?

You will also receive instruction with your chosen piece of memorial jewellery.
Can I have more than one loved one or pet inclusions combined?
Yes, we have memorial jewellery that we are able to include more than one loved ones ashes, hair or fur in, you may also have ashes, hair and fur included in the same piece depending on the piece of jewellery you choose. Please email us with any queries you may have to make sure your chosen piece has the area size to incorporate more than one set of inclusions.
How long will it take to receive my Jewellery?
Once we receive your loved one's ashes, hair or fur please allow up to 2 weeks for us to complete your order. If for any reason there is a delay we will notify you as soon as possible. We will inform you once your precious memorial jewellery has been sent to you. We post Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
Why Is There A Delay With My Order
While we maintain an extensive range of products in stock, sized rings are not routinely held due to the wide variety of sizes and styles available. Although these items are typically accessible, and would normally be within the 2 week time scale, there may occasionally be a short delay in availability.
We will always inform you as soon as possible if the item you have ordered has a delay.
