If purchased we will send an inclusion pack to you after checkout has completed. Please follow the instructions included. You will need to pay for this to be returned to us. Please be advised, use a tracked and signed for postal service, sending your inclusions to us using this will help give you peace of mind.

We use Royal Mail 24 hour signed for service to send your finished pieces(s) to you. You will be informed when your jewellery has been completed and posted to you.
