Always Near Memorial Jewellery (UK)
Client Consent & Authority
By choosing us to create your memorial piece, you are placing your trust in us. We do not take that lightly and we thank you for trusting us with your loved one’s ashes, hair, fur or other. You also confirm the following:
You are the authorised individual in possession of the inclusions and have the full right to request their use in the creation of memorial jewellery.
To the best of your knowledge, no other person has a competing claim or objection to their use.
You understand that each piece is individually handcrafted and that only a small portion of the inclusions provided will be incorporated into the design. Remaining inclusions will be returned with your finished piece.
You acknowledge the irreplaceable and deeply personal nature of these materials and consent to their careful handling in accordance with our procedures. All remaining inclusions will be respectfully returned to you with your completed piece.

(Inclusions) - Ashes. Hair. Fur or Other (may be fibres or sand etc). (Us. We. Our) - Meaning: Always Near Memorial Jewellery. (You. Your) Meaning the customer.
Terms & Conditions
Bespoke Service
Each piece is individually handcrafted using the inclusions you provide. Subtle variations in tone, finish, and form are part of the character of a bespoke item.
Cancellations
As each piece is made to order, cancellations are not possible once inclusions have been received and work has commenced.
Entrusted Materials
By sending inclusions, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or resolving third-party claims.
Returns/Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of memorial jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless damaged or defected on receipt. On receipt if your piece is damaged or defected, please contact us with 2 days. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence for assessment. We will contact you for the best way to resolve this for you.
We ask that you carefully read the jewellery care guide information on how to keep your precious memorial jewellery looking its best.
Delivery to Us
If you chose to use your own container(s) please read through our inclusions collection kit page for instructions on how best to send them to us.
If purchased we will post out a collection kit. Please follow the instruction that will come with it. Responsibility for items remains with the sender until safely received by us.
Delivery to you
We aim to finish your piece within 2 weeks, times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will inform you once your item has been posted to you. We use Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or by events out of our control.
Client Care
We are committed to providing a considered and attentive service. If any aspect of your experience does not meet expectations, we welcome you to contact us directly. Please include your order reference and a brief outline of your concerns so we may assist you promptly. We will acknowledge your enquiry within three working days and aim to resolve all matters with care and fairness. Each piece is individually made, and any concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We except most major credit and debit cards.
